Complaints Procedure
We value positive relationships with all families. However, we understand that, on occasion, concerns or issues may arise. We believe that concerns are best resolved when shared and we would encourage parents to discuss any issues or complaints with the relevant staff member or with an appropriate member of the school leadership team. A simple conversation can often address and resolve concerns quickly.
If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, we have a formal complaints procedure. This outlines the steps to follow when making a formal complaint. All complaints are taken seriously and are dealt with promptly, fairly, and in line with our school policies and statutory responsibilities.
The following policy sets out the procedure that the school follows. It follows a model Lancashire County Council Policy.
